bird identification?
I saw a sparrow, like a bird in Minnesota at my feeder. Was very patch of gold on the head and face, but otherwise completely sparrowish. Do sparrows normally have this color and I never noticed? This is a model coupling alone? In any case, it was rather bright gold, comparable to a gold finch, but only on his head. In search of a decent website that show pictures. We have done research that were full of people selling stuff.

PLEASE HELP!

What do you mean trees are bad news
For ecologists, the disappearance of sparrows is a sign of the shrinking bio-diversity in the city. Apart from blaming the expanding concrete jungle, some experts say the planting of exotic trees such as the Gulmohar and the Copperpod, which are not native to India, are driving away birds, insects and animals such squirrels and monkeys.
