Hummingbirds Feeding #3 in HD

I recently purchased a new hummingbird feeder called a hummzinger made by Aspects and filmed this footage over the weekend of 7/25/09. I'm not sure which hummingbird feeder is better from the two that I have now but this new one you can see the hummingbirds better because you don't have the bottle blocking your view. I also noticed that the female Ruby Throated Hummingbird likes to hover and feed and the male likes to sit on the perch to feed, watch them and see. I also started making my own nector to see if they like it better than the first batch I bought from the store that was red. I have read that the red dye may hurt the birds so I decided to make it myself now. Usually they come one at a time to feed but just today I saw two females feeding and another one flew by and chased one from the feeder. These little guys are a lot of fun to watch and they have led me to purchase Goldfinch and Oriole feeders as well. Watch for some videos of those in the future.
